As a UK citizen, it seemed a bit far fetched to travel to Antwerp to purchase my diamond, especially as I was looking for a one of a kind diamond ring. After contacting several UK based diamond dealers, the choice was fairly easily made. For less than £100 I was on the Eurostar on my way to Antwerp through Brussels. The diamond I finally decided on was not only bigger than the biggest diamond I found in the UK within my budget, it had a better certificate (GIA compared to the EGL one I was offered in the UK), it was significantly cheaper as well! I saved about £1500 on my purchase. Jan explained to me that they import and cut raw diamonds and that they had eliminated the middlemen, which translated in more affordable diamonds. Thanks, Jan! Amazing, amazing, amazing! This wholesaler saved my life when I was looking for a specific piece of jewelry. I had searched online, at nearby outlets and spoke with a couple different jewelers who ended up doing nothing for me. There is buying jewelry online, buying it at your local jewelry shop and then there is buying jewelry at Ajediam. For a while I have been looking for the perfect diamond ring, but could not find it anywhere. My jeweller offered to make it, but the price was just out of my range. One of the reasons I hate shopping is because I really get annoyed by the pushy / pressuring sales people trying to talk me into buying stuff I don’t need. As such I was dreading buying my wife diamond earrings a bit (a lot). If only they offered this private style of shopping everywhere! The prices are great (Ajediam is a wholesaler, so no gigantic retailers margins) and the quality of the diamonds is high. The service is excellent. The ideal solution to men who hate to shop!

Wow! Is all I can say. Ajediam 100% neck and shoulders above the rest. They are not like all the other fly by night companies around Antwerp. These guys are the number one top spot for loose diamonds and diamond jewelry. I bought a stone from them that was imported, cut, set, and certified through them. I came back here to the US and got it appraised for nearly $2,500 more than what I had spent on it buying it from Ajediam. I think that warrants a good review!
