Super friendly and very helpful. Phoned first, and then email comms were super easy, made the booking at a very short notice and got the PP done super quick, no concerns or issues at the border. Such a friendly vet who has great English and was super gentle with our Golden Retriever Truffle. We came here for the worming tablet and to get her an EU passport. We booked via email which we had a prompt reply. Would recommend this vet and will be passing on the details to our UK friends who bring their dogs to Europe.

Incredible service, so kind and friendly! My Miniature Schnauzer Kenji doesn’t like tablets, and Lieve offered us a salami cube and cut the tablet in half so we could hide it before giving it to him. We made an appointment via email for the tapeworm treatment en route back to the uk. Lieve replied in good time with a breakdown of treatments & prices, which, by the way, are very reasonable (especially compared to the extortionaterates in the uk). She was also able to accommodate our best date. We arrived a little early but as we arrived the previous appointment was just leaving. Lieve immediately made us feel welcome and had a lovely, friendly demeanour with us but, more importantly, our furs. This has to be by far the best experience we've ever had with a vet while travelling. We would highly recommend Lieve. Please note: As the practise is in a residential area, you will either need to ask for a parking permit from Lieve or take a nice 11 min walk from a free 4hr car parking space what3words ///spirits.convert.harmless.

Lovely helpful vet, speaks fluent English. She supplied my dog with a European pet passport. If you visit in a motorhome please be respectful of her neighbours and park further up the road past the school and hospital where there are no houses. It’s only a few minutes walk.

We had an excellent experience at this vet. We took our dog for her required tapeworm treatment prior to returning to the UK. The process was really smooth and easy, the vet was lovely and friendly, and the price was very reasonable! 30 min walk or 9 minute drive from the centre of Bruges, so extremely easy to access. My dog hates the vet usually but she was very calm in the nice quiet and clean environment, and she ate her tapeworm tablet as if it was a treat! Very happy and would recommend!
